Biographical Info Dr. Andreae has been a professor at colleges and universities for the past 25 years and has taught 45 different subjects during that time mainly in the field of psychology where stress management has been a major component. He has written articles on stress including biological and psychological aspects and has studied at the Benson Henry Mind Body Institute (focussed on stress) and as a result, was granted membership in the Harvard Medical School Post-Graduate Association. He is also a founding fellow of the McLean Hospital Institute of Coaching at Mass. Gen. Hospital is affiliated with Harvard. He has given numerous seminars on stress management over the years and has been vice pres. of the Psychology Foundation of Canada which teaches young people how to cope with stress. He has been interviewed on radio around stress topics and has been featured in the Wall Street Journal and most recently Forbes Magazine. There are several YouTube Videos on Dr. Andreae where stress is discussed. He is also on the International Board of the Weizmann Institute of Science having a neuroscience lab named in his honor which is investigating the connection between nature and nurture and the effects of stress. He has given an address on burnout to the Canadian Radiology and NeuroRadiology Society. 50 to 60% of the time in the classroom and allied activities have been devoted to stress. Formal teaching for the past 25 years was with the University of Waterloo, the University of Guelph Humber, and Humber College.
